Ginger Sesame Salmon
A crisp and colorful island-inspired salad featuring grilled chicken, fresh greens, crunchy almonds, mandarin oranges, and Tropics Original Oriental Dressing.

Directions:
1. Preheat grill, oven, or skillet to medium-high heat.
2. Pat salmon fillets dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
3. In a small bowl, combine Tropics Ginger Sesame Dressing, honey, grated ginger, and sesame oil.
4. Brush the salmon generously with the ginger sesame glaze.
5. Grill or cook salmon for 4–6 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
6. During the last few minutes of cooking, brush additional glaze over the salmon for extra flavor.
7. Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
8. Serve with steamed rice, grilled vegetables, or a fresh island salad.
