- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- ½ cup Tropics Maui Dressing French Style
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grilled pineapple slices, for serving

Directions
- In a bowl, mix Tropics Maui Dressing French Style, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for 6–8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Grill pineapple slices for 1–2 minutes per side until lightly caramelized.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with grilled pineapple and garnish with green onions or cilantro.
